A quantum state encoded message can only be decoded by reproducing the zero = one quantum state and indexing that encoded a message. This non-3D state is impossible to achieve for a computing device that is defined by three-dimensional Newtonian characteristics as quantum encoding removes bits that can’t be replaced by any device other than by quantum device and quantum state that encoded it. An authorized decoding returns non-physical entangled states and form back into physical bits, and enables a decoding without error.
