A quantum state encoded message can only be decoded by reproducing the zero = one quantum state and indexing that encoded the message. This non-three-dimensional state is impossible to achieve for a computing device that is defined by three-dimensional Newtonian characteristics, as quantum encoding removes bits that cannot be replaced by any device other than by the quantum device and quantum state that encoded it.
