Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical acumen to position our IT products/services effectively in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Plan and oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and website optimization to increase online visibility.
- Develop content marketing strategies, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Oversee email marketing, social media, and online advertising efforts to generate leads.
Product & Brand Management
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling product marketing strategies.
- Enhance brand visibility through partnerships, PR campaigns, and event marketing.
Campaign Management & Performance Analysis
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success and optimize campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to improve marketing performance.
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Develop customer loyalty programs, feedback mechanisms, and community engagement initiatives.
- Work with sales and customer support teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Additional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM software, marketing automation).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Knowledge of IT Industry:
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Software Development industries.
- Knowledge of UI/UX, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing platforms.
